Since our inception, we've supported youth leadership in the fight for racial, gender, economic and social justice. Through this summer initiative, youth ages 16-21 work alongside BWF staff to learn about philanthropy and drive change through hands-on grantmaking experience.
To deepen our understanding of the biggest issues impacting persistently excluded communities, we bring in the experts — grassroots community leaders. Together in these virtual conversations, we learn how we can take action, become stronger allies, and support their work toward justice.
