We are accepting applications for the 2023 Anna Faith Jones and Frieda Garcia Women of Color Leadership Circle!
We’ve created a program to support women and gender-expansive folks of color who are feeling isolated in the workplace. The Women of Color Leadership Circle (WOCLC) is a restorative, 6-month cohort program for healing, connection, and growing into the leader you’d like to be with the support of other women and gender-expansive leaders of color!
Open to individuals at all levels of leadership (from first-time managers to CEOs)
Welcomes gender-expansive folks (gender-nonconforming, genderfluid, nonbinary, genderqueer, transfeminine, agender and all trans-identified individuals)
Priority offered to those from nonprofits, public sector organizations, and social enterprises, but we encourage all interested parties to apply.
