VOICES FROM THE COLLECTIVE.

Our past participants share the impact of their journey with Horizon Collective, highlighting how this experience has shaped their growth, resilience, and leadership. Here, in their own words, they reflect on the transformative power of the program and the community they’ve built along the way.

“It is difficult to capture the experience of being part of this group. It is nourishing, powerful and challenging. It is the kind of space where everyone grows individually and together, in solidarity, and it is an experience I wish for all women of color leaders.”

— Radha Natarajan
Executive Director of the New. England Innocence Project (NEIP)

(*previously named WOCLC, Women of Color Leadership Circle)
